Swimming pool excavation
We do the dirt half of a pool build: the excavation to the shell drawings, the spoils off the property, and the backfill and compaction once the shell is set. Pool builders bring us in because the dig is the part that goes wrong.
The hard problem on Lake Norman lots is usually access — getting a machine into a fenced back yard without destroying the lawn, the septic field or the neighbour's driveway. We plan that route before we schedule the dig.

What's included
- Excavation cut to the pool builder's shell drawings and elevations
- Spoils hauled off the property, not stockpiled in your yard
- Tight-access equipment and track mats to protect lawns and drives
- Rock and groundwater conditions identified before the dig
- Backfill placed in compacted lifts and rough-graded around the deck

Pool Excavation questions
How long does pool excavation take?
A standard residential dig is one to two days in normal soil. Rock, high groundwater or a difficult access route can extend that. We identify all three on the site walk so the schedule holds.
