Additions, garages and remodeling
Additions and detached garages are site work before they are carpentry. Someone has to clear the footprint, cut the pad, dig the footings and fix the drainage the new roofline is about to change — and that is the half most remodelers subcontract out.
We do all of it under one contract, which removes the seam where schedules usually slip and where nobody wants to own the problem.

- Room additions, detached garages and outbuildings
- Site clearing, pad prep, footings and foundation included
- Drainage reworked for the new roofline and hardscape

Home Remodeling questions
Do you handle the whole addition or only the site work?
Both, depending on what you need. Some clients bring us in only for the excavation, footings and grading. Others hand us the whole project from clearing through finish. We are happy either way — but we will tell you honestly which is the better fit for your job.
